Givi Italia’s paper plates and cups are compostable and certified by TÜV Rheinland/DIN CERTCO in compliance with EN 13432 standards. This certification complements the implementation of the SUP Directive (aimed at reducing the environmental impact of single-use plastic products), further reinforcing Givi Italia’s position as a company committed to offering genuinely sustainable solutions.

The certifications obtained for Givi Italia’s products also ensure full compliance with the EU Greenwashing Regulation (EU 2024/825), which prohibits the use of generic terms such as “biodegradable” or “sustainable” unless supported by specific certifications.
